* Dust regularly with a soft, dry, lint-free microfiber cloth. This is the single most important habit for keeping the polish even and the Sheesham grain looking fresh.
* Wipe up spills immediately with a dry or barely damp cloth and dry the surface at once. Standing water is the main cause of stains, white rings and swelling in solid wood.
* Never use ammonia, bleach, thinner, alcohol-based sprays, acidic cleaners or abrasive scrubbers. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution on a well-wrung cloth, then dry immediately.
* Re-polish with a good quality wood polish, beeswax or furniture wax every 4 to 6 months to nourish the timber and keep the sheen even across the piece.
* Keep the furniture away from direct sunlight, heaters and air-conditioner vents. Prolonged direct heat fades the polish and dries out the wood.
* Always use coasters, mats or a runner under hot vessels, cups and glasses. Direct heat and moisture leave permanent marks on any polished wood surface.
* Lift the furniture when moving it, never drag it. Dragging strains the joints and damages both the legs and your flooring.
* Check and tighten all nuts, bolts, screws and hinges once every 6 months, particularly on beds, wardrobes, dining chairs and any piece that is moved often.
* Use felt pads or levellers under the legs on uneven floors. This keeps the frame square and prevents wobbling, which over time loosens the joints.
* Vacuum upholstered seats and cushions on low suction with a soft brush attachment, and rotate the cushions regularly so they wear evenly. Do not machine wash covers unless they are labelled washable.
* Clean glass and mirror components with a soft cloth and a mild glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth, never directly onto the wood.
* Sheesham is a natural hardwood. Slight variations in grain, colour and tone, and the appearance of fine joint lines, are natural characteristics of solid wood and not manufacturing defects.
* Solid wood expands and contracts slightly with seasonal changes in humidity. Maintaining reasonably steady indoor conditions and avoiding damp walls will minimise this natural movement.

This product comes with 1 Year Warranty period, which covers manufacturing/workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

-Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
-Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
-Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
-Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
-In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product, and it does not cover under the warranty section.
-Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joints opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for solid wood furniture).
-Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, and mechanisms, if any.
-As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in the warranty.
