Where Function Meets Elegance

This 4-Door Sheesham Wood Bookshelf & Crockery Cabinet is Perfect for living rooms, dining areas, or offices, it keeps your essentials organized and on display while adding a warm, natural charm to your space.

* Dust regularly with a soft, dry, lint-free microfiber cloth. This is the single most important habit for keeping the polish even and the Sheesham grain looking fresh.
* Wipe up spills immediately with a dry or barely damp cloth and dry the surface at once. Standing water is the main cause of stains, white rings and swelling in solid wood.
* Never use ammonia, bleach, thinner, alcohol-based sprays, acidic cleaners or abrasive scrubbers. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution on a well-wrung cloth, then dry immediately.
* Re-polish with a good quality wood polish, beeswax or furniture wax every 4 to 6 months to nourish the timber and keep the sheen even across the piece.
* Keep the furniture away from direct sunlight, heaters and air-conditioner vents. Prolonged direct heat fades the polish and dries out the wood.
* Always use coasters, mats or a runner under hot vessels, cups and glasses. Direct heat and moisture leave permanent marks on any polished wood surface.
* Lift the furniture when moving it, never drag it. Dragging strains the joints and damages both the legs and your flooring.
* Check and tighten all nuts, bolts, screws and hinges once every 6 months, particularly on beds, wardrobes, dining chairs and any piece that is moved often.
* Use felt pads or levellers under the legs on uneven floors. This keeps the frame square and prevents wobbling, which over time loosens the joints.
* Clean glass and mirror components with a soft cloth and a mild glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth, never directly onto the wood.
* Open drawers and doors by their handles and do not overload them. Heavy loads strain the runners and hinges over time.
* Back panels and drawer bases use engineered board, which swells if it soaks up water. Keep these parts dry and wipe any spill inside drawers or cabinets at once.
* Sheesham is a natural hardwood. Slight variations in grain, colour and tone, and the appearance of fine joint lines, are natural characteristics of solid wood and not manufacturing defects.
* Solid wood expands and contracts slightly with seasonal changes in humidity. Maintaining reasonably steady indoor conditions and avoiding damp walls will minimise this natural movement.

Understanding your product
* Every piece is made from natural solid Sheesham wood and finished by hand in our unit in Churu, Rajasthan. Grain, knots and shade differ from piece to piece, so your product will not be an exact copy of the photos.
* Mattresses, bedding, cushions, decor and other styling items shown in photos are not included unless listed under What's in the box.

Placing your order
* Measure your entrance door, corridors, staircase and lift before ordering, and compare them with the dimensions in the Specifications tab.
* If the product cannot be taken inside because of space limits at your address, it is not treated as a defect.
* Delivery condition for this product: Pre-assembled.

Returns and replacement
* Register any complaint or return request within 10 days of delivery. Requests after 10 days cannot be accepted.
* Damaged, defective or incorrect products are repaired or replaced free of cost. If a replacement is not possible, we collect the product and refund the full amount.
* Returns for a change of mind (for example, if you no longer need the product or picked a different size, colour or model) are not accepted.
* Every return or replacement is completed only after our team has inspected the product and approved the request.
* Products made to a custom size, finish or design cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Checking your delivery
* Check the outer packaging before signing. If a box is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
* Send photos or a short video of any damage, with your order number, to support@sonaarts.in or WhatsApp +91 86967 81137. Keeping your unboxing video makes the claim faster.

Missing parts
* If any part or hardware is missing, tell us within 10 days of delivery and we will send it free of cost.

Cancellation
* Free cancellation any time before dispatch, with a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched; refusing delivery without a valid reason means the return freight is deducted from your refund.

This product carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing and workmanship defects, for use in a home under normal conditions.

Not covered by the warranty:
* Normal wear from everyday use over time
* Scratches, dents, cuts or breakage from accidents, impact, pets or sharp objects
* Damage from water, damp walls, direct sunlight, heaters or harsh cleaning products
* Damage from assembly, repair or moving done by anyone other than our team
* Natural behaviour of solid wood: small seasonal expansion or contraction, visible joint lines, grain, knots and shade differences
* Slight rocking on an uneven floor, up to 5 mm, which floor levellers correct

What is Sona Arts’ return policy?

If your furniture arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, report it within 10 days of delivery with photos or a video and we will repair or replace it free of cost. If a replacement isn't possible, we collect the product and refund the full amount. Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.

Are any purchases considered final sale?

Customized furniture, made-to-order products, clearance items, and special discounted products may not be eligible for return or cancellation once the order is confirmed.
