Shipping Locations : Currently, we offer shipping within India. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and falls within the serviceable areas of Safexpress.
Shipping Charges : We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. This threshold will be communicated on our website and during promotional periods.
Shipping Timeframes Processing Time : Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Transit Time : Once processed, orders are shipped via Safexpress and typically delivered in a time frame of 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Remote areas might require additional time.
Order Tracking : Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order through the Safexpress website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Delivery Attempts : Safexpress will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. Signature Required: For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the provided address.
Inspection : We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer service team within 24 hours.
Delays and Issues : While we strive to deliver your orders within the specified timeframe, there might be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical challenges. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work with Safexpress to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
