Delivery

Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.

In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.

Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, Sona Arts reserve the right to either change or cancel the order.

Installation

Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.

If The Delivery Condition Is:
Pre-assembled – No installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.

Basic assembly/DIY – The product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.

Warranty

Warranty Description

This product comes with 12 months warranty period, which covers manufacturing/workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg, upholstery furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product
Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product, and it does not cover under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).
Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joints opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for solid wood furniture).
Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, and mechanisms, if any.
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in the warranty.

Damages: Sona Art established its delivery procedures to your home to ensure zero damage and a hassle-free experience. Please get in touch with us right away If you believe the goods you received is damaged or defective, notify the delivery staff as soon as possible at the time of delivery and file a complaint with customer service at support@sonaarts.in. Within 72 hours, damage & defect will be evaluated, and a resolution will be offered. If Sona Arts believes the item to be defective, it may be returned, replaced, or Sona Arts may decide to take other corrective action to solve the problem.

Any parts that are missing needed for the product's assembly should be informed right away to the Customer Support team so that arrangements can be made for their timely delivery to you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before dispatch

If the buyer cancels the product before the dispatch, seller will not deduct anything from your refund amount, cancellation will be free of cost.
For cancellation buyers just need to place a cancellation or a return request once we receive it, in the next 48 working hours your request will be processed and 100% full refund will be initiated from the seller's end.

Cancellation after dispatch/delivery

If the product is processed, dispatched or delivered by the seller then the seller holds the right to deduct the RTO i.e., return to origin charges or Return pickup charges, before issuing the refund.
Please note that the charges for the cancellation will vary depending upon the buyer’s pin code.
